How do I set up a Happy Center knowledge base table?

What is Happy Center Setup?

The Happy Center Kit from Clean Pro is a HubSpot knowledge base theme that depends on a specific HubDB table to organize articles, categories, and tags. This tool automates the creation of that table so your knowledge base is ready to use straight away.

How the wizard works

1. Table configuration - Give the table an internal name and a display label, and choose which connected HubSpot portal to publish it to.
2. Categories - Define the top-level categories your knowledge base articles will be grouped under. At least one category is required.
3. Tags - Add the tags you want to use to filter and surface related articles. At least one tag is required.
4. Confirmation - Review all your settings, then click Create Table. Brave Tools creates the HubDB table with all required columns in your portal.

What gets created

The tool creates a single HubDB table in the selected portal, pre-configured with all the columns the Happy Center Kit theme expects. Your categories and tags are added as seed data so the theme has content to render from the start.

Requirements

• Brave Tools plan: Standard or higher
• HubSpot license: Any tier that includes HubDB (Marketing Hub Professional or CMS Hub Starter and above)
• HubSpot scopes: HubDB read and write (granted automatically when you connect your portal)

Tips

• Pick a clear internal table name using lowercase letters and underscores - it cannot be changed later without editing theme references.
• You can add more categories and tags directly in HubDB after the table is created.
• If you manage multiple portals, double-check the portal selector in step 1 before creating the table.
• Run the wizard once per portal where you want to publish a Happy Center knowledge base.
