Brave Tools offers four plans designed to grow with your needs:

Free

• Access to core tools: HubDB Editor, Files, Happy Center Setup, Growth Prioritizer
• 1 connected HubSpot portal
• No SMS credits
• No time limit — use it as long as you want

Trial (14 days)

• Access to all tools for 14 days (with some limitations)
• 1 connected HubSpot portal
• No SMS credits included (SMS requires a paid plan)
• Property Transformer is not activated in workflows 
• Automatically converts to Free when the trial ends

Standard — EUR 24.99/month

• All tools, including SMS Campaigns, Property Transformer, Property Pack Builder, and Content Visualizer
• Up to 3 connected portals
• 10 free SMS credits per month
• Purchase additional SMS credit packs

Professional — EUR 69.99/month

• Everything in Standard
• Up to 10 connected portals
• 20 free SMS credits per month
• Advanced SMS reports and analytics
• Team accounts — invite colleagues and collaborate
• Priority support

What happens when my trial ends?

When your 14-day trial expires, your account is automatically moved to the Free plan. You keep access to the core tools, and your data is preserved. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Account & Billing. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How does billing work?

Plans are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. You can pay with credit card or other methods supported by Stripe. Invoices are available in your Account & Billing page.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You can sign up for the Free plan or the Trial without a credit card. A payment method is only required when you upgrade to Standard or Professional.

Are there annual plans?

Brave Tools offers both monthly and yearly billing. Annual plans are discounted by 20 % compared to paying monthly.
