1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Brave Agency Sweden AB collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use Brave Tools at app.brave.se. By creating an account or connecting your HubSpot portal, you agree to this policy.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Name
  • Company Name
  • Email address
  • Password (securely hashed, never stored in plain text)

2.2 HubSpot Connection Data

When you connect your HubSpot portal via OAuth, we receive access tokens and metadata needed to run the tools. Brave Tools currently requires access to:

  • HubDB
  • Files

We only access the data needed for the features you use. We do not export or store HubSpot CRM objects unless required for technical operation.

2.3 Usage and Log Data

To troubleshoot and improve performance, we collect:

  • Tool usage data
  • Technical logs
  • Error logs
  • Basic analytics related to how the platform is used

2.4 Billing Data

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store:

  • Credit card numbers
  • Billing addresses
  • Payment history

Stripe processes all such data under their own terms and security standards.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to:

  • Provide and operate Brave Tools
  • Authenticate your account
  • Connect your HubSpot portal
  • Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues

4. Legal Basis

Brave Tools is hosted on third-party platforms, including Vercel and Supabase. Your CRM data used by Brave Agency Sweden AB is stored within the EU. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and secure authentication.

7. Sharing of Data

We may share data only with:

  • Stripe, for billing
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase and Resend)
  • Brave HubSpot CRM, for communication/marketing

We do not share data with any company for marketing purposes.

  • Request deletion
  • Withdraw consent
  • Object to certain processing
  • Export your data

9. Account Deletion
