Brave Tools is a subscription-based SaaS platform offering advanced tools designed to enhance your HubSpot experience.

2. Eligibility

To use Brave Tools, you must have an active HubSpot portal and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Brave Tools is offered via different subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in writing by Brave.

4. Trial Access

We may offer free trials for a limited period. After the trial, standard billing begins unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Use of Service

You agree not to misuse Brave Tools. You may not:

· Reverse engineer or copy the tools

· Use them for unlawful purposes

· Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data

6. Data Handling & Integrations

Brave Tools may interact with your HubSpot portal. We only access and process data as needed to deliver our Services, and we never sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Service Updates & Availability

We may update tools or add new features at any time. While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

9. Disclaimer

Brave Tools is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results or that the tools will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in a Swedish court of law.
