1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Brave Tools at https://app.brave.se, provided by Brave Agency Sweden AB. By creating an account, subscribing, or connecting your HubSpot portal, you agree to these terms.

2. Using Brave Tools
Brave Tools provides additional functionality for working with HubSpot or related tools. You'll need to create an account and connect your HubSpot portal via OAuth. The service depends on HubSpot’s API availability and may not function if HubSpot experiences downtime or technical issues.
2.1 Account Requirements
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- Passwords are your responsibility and should not be shared with others.
- Accounts should not be shared, even if technically possible.
2.2 HubSpot Connection
To use Brave Tools, you authorize the app to access certain HubSpot data and functionality. Current access includes:
- HubDB
- Files
Access requirements may change as Brave Tools evolves. You can disconnect your HubSpot portal at any time.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Brave Tools offers subscription plans billed via Stripe. Payments, invoicing, card storage, and cancellation are managed directly through Stripe. We do not store any payment information.
3.1 Plans and Trials
- Two plans: Standard and Partner.
- We provide a 14-day free trial (you will get the Standard Plan).
- The Partner Plan allows connecting multiple HubSpot portals.
- Functionality may change over time without notice.
3.2 Billing Terms
- You may choose monthly or annual billing.
- Annual billing includes a discount.
- No refunds are issued for partial periods, unused time, or early cancellation.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time via Stripe (directly from Brave Tools).
4. Service Availability
Brave Tools is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or compatibility with all HubSpot environments. We strive for high availability but do not provide a formal SLA.
5. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, add to, or remove features at any time. This includes changing access permissions, supported HubSpot objects, pricing, subscription plans, or technical requirements.
Continued use of Brave Tools implies acceptance of any updates to the service.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect your HubSpot portal.
- You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with regular operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brave Agency Sweden AB is not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Downtime or service interruptions
- Business loss, revenue loss, or indirect damages
- Issues caused by HubSpot APIs, Stripe, hosting providers, or other third parties
Your use of Brave Tools is at your own risk.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Brave Agency Sweden AB harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of Brave Tools, your violation of these terms, or your unauthorized use of HubSpot data.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you fail to comply with these terms or misuse the service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe.
10. Data Protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Brave Tools, you also agree to that policy.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions as needed. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of Brave Tools indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be handled in Sweden.
